The Desview camera monitor R5II has numerous useful functions that are very helpful for photo and video shoots in the studio or on location.

With the „Zebra functionn for example, you can see which areas are overexposed, giving you a better overview of contours and light and dark areas.

The „False Color functionn allows you to display overexposed areas in dark red and thus correct them.

The „Center Cross functionn can be adjusted to better adjust length ratios.

With the Aspect Ratio functiono“ you can see which area will later be in the image and with video editing software you can then transfer the photo into the format later, whereas the Safe area functiona“ shows which area absolutely has to be in the image so that the recordings can later be transferred to other formats.

Through the Focus peaking functiong“ Sharpening and blurring are more visible in the image, focus peaking colors can be set to four different colors (red, green, blue and gray) and intensities can be set to different levels.n.

Also „Waveform“, i.e. the control of the luminance level, and „Grid“, i.e. the division into individual image areas, are among other helpful functions with which the Field monitor R5II Is provided.
