The modern and long-lasting lithium polymer battery of the mobile studio flash HS Freeze 4 (predecessor model of our HS Freeze 4s) from Rollei can be easily charged using the mains charger provided . A particularly long cable, its own charging status display , the high-quality and robust design and the integrated overheating and overvoltage protection ensure a very long service life and full operational capability, even under adverse conditions when traveling or at outdoor locations. However, the very compact dimensions can also mean that you leave the important battery charger on the set - or even lose it.
Suitable not only as a replacement, but also as a stationary charger
The completely modular design of the Rollei professional studio flash family also means that the battery charger for the HS Freeze 4 is available separately - which makes sense not just in the event of loss, but also for a permanent place in the studio equipment. You then have a permanently installed charger in the studio and pack another battery charger directly with the HS Freeze 4 in your travel gear.

24 MONTH EXCHANGE SERVICE
Rollei offers a 24-month replacement service for almost all products. This does not apply to our flashes and LED lights, which will be repaired by our service center in the event of a defect. Consumables such as flash tubes are also excluded from the guarantee.
We offer a 6-month warranty on our batteries, so these are not included in the 24-month exchange service.
For all other Rollei products, ROLLEI grants a 24-month exchange service from the date of purchase, which means:
A defective product or part will be exchanged for a new or refurbished one that is as good as new. ROLLEI will bear the return and shipping costs in Europe.
